Skyline Housing Inc. is a service that provides pre-paid room accommodations. Skyline Housing Inc. is able to provide this service at a competitive savings because we reserve, hold and pre-pay for the rooms of clients at the time of the reservation. The credit card provided will be charged for deposit/full price for setting up, arranging, confirming and providing the ability for you to receive pre-paid room accommodations.
Confirmation / Change in plans: to make any changes please email reservations@skylinehousing.net. Changing your services is subject to hotel approval and consent. While there is no guarantee that Skyline Housing Inc. will be able to accommodate the requested changes, the rate agreed upon is based on the number of rooms and nights reserved; adding, removing, changing nights or degradation for reservation made cannot guarantee the original rate. We will take every effort to adjust, change and seek our customer's utmost satisfaction.
Skyline Housing Inc. will not be held accountable for any unexpected changes controlled by our contracted wholesalers. Thus, changes made after final accommodation/service is agreed upon, but prior to 15 days before check-in date will not be assessed a fee. Refunds due to reservation changes will be processed within 15 days of the request. Any changes made prior to the check-in date are not guaranteed depending on hotel availability or rates at that time.
You agree to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of one-night deposit per room canceled. However, cancellation fees may be used for future reservations. Skyline Housing Inc. is unable to accept cancellation requests within 15 business days prior to check-in as one-night penalty will be applied.
Skyline Housing Inc. does not provide refunds for early cancellation or no-show unless proof of not attending is given. It is not liable for flight cancellations, delays, hotel house rules, or alternative bookings. Skyline Housing Inc. will not be responsible for the services provided by hotels, injuries during your stay, or duplicate bookings made by your party.
The law governing this Authorization, Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policy is the law of the State of Michigan, USA. The jurisdiction for all disputes is Michigan courts.
*All average prices per reservation exclude any taxes and applicable service fees which will be added to your final bill. All monies will be billed in U.S. Dollars ($).
